Jala

While doing her class work, Jala was experiencing difficulty writing some letters and numbers.  She also had trouble concentrating in the classroom.  The in-school screening shed some light on those difficulties.  The results showed that Jala was significantly farsighted.

After a visit to the eye doctor, glasses were prescribed.  Being the fashionista that she is, Jala picked out cute purple-colored Barbie glasses.  Once receiving her glasses, she told her mom, “Everything is much clearer now!”  Jala’s teacher immediately noticed an improvement in Jala’s writing and also noted how much more attention she was paying in class.

Jala loves shopping and going to church.  She is also a tomboy and loves riding her bike and playing outside with friends.  With her new glasses, she also loves reading books and road signs.
