Vision Research’s large-scale screening services are all-inclusive —they represent a complete solution. We handle everything from program planning and scheduling to the actual screenings and comprehensive reporting. Our detailed follow-up reports, along with in-depth statistical analysis at various levels (such as school, district, county, region, or state), offer a comprehensive and clear picture of each program’s impact.

- All planning, scheduling and coordination for each location to be screened

- The screening technicians, including all travel arrangements and travel expenses

- Data entry for all locations, all children screened, and all screening results
- Individual results reports for each child
- Comprehensive results packages for each location screened
- Follow-up reports and worksheets, with assistance provided to help assure the children receive the care they need
- Customized statistical analysis and reporting at any level and grouping of the screening locations
- On-going database maintenance and records retention
